Power light flashing

Hello, downloaded Line 6 driver version 4.2.7.7 release 6/11/19 - trying fix a issue between my Line 6 KB37 and Reason 10 intrerface. Now this has somehow affected my AudioBox i2. In Reason 10> Edit / Preferences ASIO audiobox ASIO driver not coecting. Using Microsoft Windows 10.Will only allow sound drivers in the computer. Do you recommend uninstalling Presonus Studio one 3 x 64 and Universal Control. Then reinstall?

and after that I could not get any sound  from the speakers .

Serial Number doesn't work

How come there is no sounds in Impact XT

I have installed Presonus Studio One 4, but there is no sounds inside Impact XT

Why won't Studio One 4 allow more than 4 bars precount in the metronome window? I need more than that.

I can not change the precount bars to more than 4-why not?

I need 8 or 12 bars sometimes in the precount. When I change the the number of bars to more than 4, it won't automatically goes back to 4. Why can't have more than 4 bars precount?
